This safari is available throughout the year and encompasses nearly all renowned parks in Tanzania, including Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. The journey commences in the rocky valley of Tarangire, where majestic baobab trees thrive, and proceeds for a two-days game drive across the expansive Serengeti Lake Manyara. The route then descends into the ancient volcanic crater of Ngorongoro, which is over two million years old, and concludes with Lake Manyara which is adorned with thousands of pink flamingos. This experience will allow you to gradually piece together a comprehensive view of Tanzania's wild landscape. Our driver will pick you from your lodging in Moshi or Arusha and transport you to Tarangire National Park. This park, one of the largest in Tanzania situated in the Manyara region, is particularly renowned for the Tarangire River, which flows continuously throughout the year and serves as the sole water source for wildlife during the dry season. Following breakfast, you will be transported to Serengeti National Park located in the Central Seronera region. This park is renowned for its thriving population of resident wildlife, especially the 'Big Five': Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, and Buffalo. The Serengeti is thought to host the largest lion population in Africa, attributed to the plentiful prey species, with over 3,000 lions inhabiting this ecosystem. The elusive African Leopard can frequently be spotted in the Seronera area, with an estimated population of around 1,000 throughout the national park. As a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Serengeti is home to approximately 200,000 zebras and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelles, which join the wildebeest migration in search of fresh grazing. After breakfast, you will embark on an early morning journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a wildlife drive. This site, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is situated to the west of Arusha in the crater highlands of Tanzania. It derives its name from the Ngorongoro Crater, which is the largest caldera in the world. The breathtaking scenery of Ngorongoro, characterized by its extensive highland plains and a rich concentration of approximately 25,000 animals, renders this location one of the most extraordinary natural marvels on the planet.Overnight at Tloma, Ngorongoro Farmhouse, or Bougainvillea. An early start to the day, followed by breakfast and a journey to Lake Manyara.
